Much of our weekly Christian Formation programming here at Edgebrook Covenant Church starts up again in September.

First, Sunday, September 7 our Women Ministries will host a “Welcome Back Meet-n-Eat” luncheon following our 10 AM worship.  Choir rehearsal will start this Sunday (at 9 AM).

The following Sunday (September 14) is the date of our Sunday School Kickoff!  Classes for all ages will meet following worship and coffee hour (confirmation class will meet on Thursdays from 4:15 to 5:30 PM beginning this fall) and our CE Board has planned some creative opportunities for these classes.

Adults!  Don’t miss this fall’s adult Sunday School class led by Dr. Klyne Snodgrass entitled “Women and the Bible”.  This promises to be a stimulating and enriching study of God’s Word around a topic that continues to be debated in evangelical and other church circles.

Of course, Pastor Greg will be away on his sabbatical this fall and Rev. Bunny Hughes will be leading our worship and preaching most Sundays.  Also, Sarah Cochran, our new youth intern, will begin leading our Hi-League and Xtreme ministries in early September as well.

Other fall programming will resume in September, so be watching for those announcements in your bulletin and September Messenger.  This fall has something for everyone and we hope you will be a part of it!
